We loved our stay in this area with stunning scenery and beautiful birds for birdwatchers. The hotel's good restaurant offers delicious local food at affordable rates. Also, we appreciated the facility to book self-catering for less than a week. Staff were friendly and provided excellent service.

Had a great time at this hotel over Easter! The area is absolutely stunning - perfect if you're into birdwatching! Saw herons, grebes, and marsh harriers. The staff were really lovely, couldn't do enough for us. And the restaurant, wow! The food was top-notch and prices were reasonable. If you're looking for a quick self-catering break, this is definitely worth considering.
There were a few things that let the hotel down for us. there wasn't any table on the balcony, so we couldn't enjoy the beautiful view like we wanted.

Our recent self, catering stay was fantastic, with stunning surroundings and bird, watching opportunities abundant. the staff were wonderful and we loved being able to book for less than a week. the restaurant offered delicious local food at reasonable prices. We especially enjoyed the balcony, which had a lovely view , and the kitchen facilities were really useful.
The lack of glasses in the kitchen was a bit of a letdown, so we had to resort to using plastic cups from the bathroom.
